Retrogen Custom oligo synthesis is checked by PAGE gel. The digital image of the acrylamide gel is stored in our database for future reference. Retrogen warrants that each product conforms with the specifications stated on the certificate of analysis.
If the product does not meet these standards, this warranty assures re-synthesis, re-purification or issue credit. Notification of a potential problem must be made within 30 days of receipt of the oligo.
